Who you are

  • Analytical and results-focused, comfortable monitoring PR performance, evaluating coverage and visibility, and using insights to optimise future activity and support commercial objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the development and execution of seasonal PR and VIP strategies aligned with wider brand and business objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful brand visibility.
  • Working closely with the external PR agency to identify compelling brand stories, product narratives, and cultural opportunities that elevate the Reiss brand across key media channels.
  • Driving proactive and reactive press activity to secure high-quality editorial coverage across fashion, lifestyle, business, and digital media, while maintaining strong relationships with editors, stylists, agents, and industry contacts.
  • Owning and managing the VIP dressing strategy across menswear and womenswear, securing organic dressing opportunities with celebrities, influencers, tastemakers, and cultural talent aligned with the Reiss brand.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with stylists, agents, and talent teams while overseeing sample management and coordination for VIP fittings, appearances, and events.
  • Staying highly informed on fashion, entertainment, social, and cultural trends to identify relevant moments, emerging conversations, and opportunities that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
  • Leading PR execution for key seasonal moments including press previews, launches, campaigns, events, and brand activations, while supporting guest list management, media attendance, and VIP engagement strategies.
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership, marketing, creative, social, and buying teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment, while acting as a key brand guardian across all external communications, partnerships, and activations.

What we’ll do for you

  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Health and wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
