About The Role

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Residential PR Executive to support the delivery of PR initiatives across Knight Frank's global residential business.

This role will play a key part in raising the profile of Knight Frank's global residential research, Private Office, international business, developments, properties and spokespeople across UK and international media.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent media relations skills, a keen interest in global property markets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Head of Global Wealth and International PR with the day-to-day execution and delivery of PR activity for Knight Frank's global residential business
• Proactively identifying and pitching newsworthy stories to support media coverage for Knight Frank's global research, international markets, spokespeople and properties/developments across UK and international media
• Responding to day-to-day media enquiries and supporting the management of incoming press requests
• Building and maintaining journalist relationships and keeping media lists and databases up to date
• Drafting press releases, briefing documents and other PR materials
• Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders across the global residential business and associate network to identify news, opportunities, and content for media outreach
• Supporting the coordination of external PR agencies and assisting with campaign delivery across key markets
• Supporting the planning and execution of press trips
• Monitoring media coverage and maintaining regular coverage reports and PR dashboards
• Collaborating with Knight Frank's wider PR, Internal Communications and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and activity are aligned
• Supporting engagement with Knight Frank's global marketing and communications network to help amplify content and maximise media exposure
• Working closely with Global Residential Research, Private Office and International Residential teams to support media opportunities
• Maintaining an awareness of property market trends, current affairs and the wider business landscape to help identify potential PR opportunities
• Managing PR administration, including media monitoring, coverage tracking, reporting and database management

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years' experience in PR
• Agency experience or experience working within an in-house communications team preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident building relationships with journalists and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Interest in property, business and current affairs
• Fluent in English, with an additional European language beneficial
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
