As our Integrated PR, Communications, & Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader blending PR and external communications expertise to build a framework that connects brands, fuels growth, and shapes market perception alongside our valued partners.

Operating at the intersection of business development and brand storytelling, you will ensure our B2B presence is both influential and high-impact. You are a creative thinker, relationship builder, and strategic communicator who can translate complex information into clear, engaging content while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams, agencies and external partners.

This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

What you’ll do 

Integrated Communications Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that integrate PR, external comms, and partner marketing, aligning seamlessly with business goals and industry trends. 

  • Drive consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

  • Partner closely with the US comms team and Consumer Solutions communications lead. 

  • Navigate internal sign-off processes to maintain standard tone of voice, precise positioning, and regulatory compliance. 

Media Relations & Public Affairs:

  • Media relations strategy and outreach & serve as the primary PR contact, cultivate strong relationships with our PR agency and media outlets. 

  • Supporting the creation and review of clear, concise, and engaging press releases and communications material.

Partner marketing support:

  • Supporting the Equifax partnerships team by working closely with priority partners and their marketing/ PR departments.

  • Working closely with our Global Brand team (US based) to support partner-led product launches into new markets (often overseas) to ensure the partners align with Equifax brand guidelines. 

Crisis Communications & Reputation Management:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans and proactively identify and mitigate potential reputational risks.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and public sentiment to inform communication strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consumer advocacy groups, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and report on the success of communication and content campaigns, analysing media coverage to inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Partnerships and other team members to execute PR and marketing campaigns

What experience you need
  • Background in B2B PR, external communications & Partner Marketing.

  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and with agencies and media outlets.

  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive PR and external communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Proven experience of working with B2B partner marketing and PR teams to enable successful product launches and overseas PR initiatives.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an understanding of corporate external communications processes.

  • Experience following and supporting crisis communication plans and managing reputational risks.

  • A strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, ideally within the financial services or credit reporting industry.

  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to track and report on B2B campaign success and analyse media coverage to inform strategy.

  • Strategic mindset to plan and implement long-term campaigns with outcomes linking to wider business requirements.

  • Experience in communicating complex financial or fraud-related products to diverse audiences.

  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and advising senior business leaders.

  • Data-driven communication and reporting proficiency (e.g., PR coverage metrics) 

  • Experience in the development and creation of marketing materials in a B2B environment.
