London, Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

We're looking for a PR Account Manager to join our London team. Experience within travel, particularly with North American destinations would be an advantage.

The Person We’re Looking For

You will be a confident organiser and emerging account leader who enjoys taking responsibility for clients, teams and delivery. You are comfortable making recommendations and solving day-to-day problems rather than waiting for someone more senior to provide every answer. You remain calm when priorities change and can keep multiple workstreams moving without losing sight of the wider objective.

You build trusted client relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues. You enjoy developing junior team members and understand that management is as much about giving others clarity and ownership as it is about ensuring the work is delivered.

You combine strong attention to detail with an increasingly strategic mindset and are commercially aware of how time, resource and scope influence account performance.

Key Responsibilities

Account and Press Office Management

  • Own day-to-day PR delivery across assigned accounts.
  • Translate strategy into clear work plans and priorities.
  • Ensure proactive and reactive media activity is balanced effectively.
  • Maintain momentum against account objectives
  • Manage press trips, media programmes, activations and campaign workstreams.
  • Ensure deadlines and client commitments are consistently met.

Media Leadership

  • Maintain strong working relationships with priority journalists.
  • Transform client information into credible editorial opportunities.
  • Understand media commissioning cycles and individual journalist interests.
  • Guide junior team members on targeting, pitching and editorial judgement.

Client Management and Counsel

  • Own routine day-to-day client relationships.
  • Run client meetings and calls confidently.
  • Manage expectations around deadlines, deliverables and media outcomes.

Strategy and Planning

  • Understand the rationale behind the account strategy and ensure activity supports it.
  • Identify new opportunities based on media, audience or cultural developments.

Measurement and Insight

  • Own the monthly reporting process.
  • Ensure data is complete and accurate.
  • Look beyond volume towards media quality, prominence, narrative penetration, sentiment, audience relevance and other agreed KPIs.

People Management

  • Manage junior team members effectively.
  • Delegate appropriately rather than retaining all delivery personally.
  • Provide timely feedback and support individual development.

Our industry-leading benefits:

  • A flexible hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.
  • Generous annual holiday package including 25 days of annual leave, 3 personal days and year-end holiday break.
  • Private medical, life and income protection insurance and pension scheme contribution from the company.
  • Lively social calendar with numerous activities and events to take part in.
  • Weekly fresh fruit deliveries.
  • Dog friendly office.
  • Cycle to work scheme/Season Ticket Loan.
  • Work from anywhere / work from any office benefits.

Who Are We? We’re a travel-obsessed collective of more than 600 people across the country and around the globe. And when we say we inspire people to go places, we mean ALL people. That’s why we’re focused on nurturing a workforce that is representative of the places we visit.
