Post Room Operative
Location: St James, London
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm
An opportunity has arisen for a Post Room Operator to join our team, reporting to the Contract Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail
- Handling telephone queries from clients
- Dealing With multiply couriers throughout the day .
- Updating client systems( DHL , Pitney Bowes)
- Preparing Mail/packages ready for pick up .
- Delivering Mail to the clients twice a day .
- Assist other team members when and if required.
- Porterage duties when needed.
- Ensure Post/Packages are being allocated within time scale provided by Client to meet SLA’s.
- Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager.
