Manage financial operations for the 40 Leadenhall portfolio including raising and coding POs, processing invoices, reconciling accounts in Yardi, maintaining budget summaries, managing recharges, accruals and journals, tracking receivables, supporting procurement onboarding (Voyager), and producing regular financial reports and trackers.

Lead and develop a team of gas engineers across multiple London commercial sites. Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and installations on commercial boilers and plant room equipment, ensure Gas Safety Regulations compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, lead emergency responses, and conduct audits and continuous improvement activities.

Lead end-to-end delivery of an integrated EMEA corporate real estate program for a financial services client. Manage multiple fit-out, consolidation, expansion and exit projects, stakeholder engagement, budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, contractors and governance, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and seamless handover to operations.

Lead occupancy planning and space optimization across a client portfolio: maintain CAFM data, run space audits, analyze utilization, produce test-fits and stack plans in AutoCAD, and coordinate stakeholders to implement migration and occupancy strategies.
