Lead client-facing workplace consulting projects focused on organizational change, workplace transitions, and business challenges. Manage projects end-to-end, coordinate timelines and stakeholder communications, build trusted client relationships, collaborate across JLL, and support proposals and service development. The role requires structured thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and an interest in how workplace and real estate strategies support organizational goals.

Manage multiple small-scale construction, maintenance, refurbishment, fit-out, and improvement projects through feasibility, procurement, construction, and handover. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, contractor and vendor management, client communication, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, CDM coordination, site inspections, health and safety, cost control, change orders, and project documentation. The role is based on-site in London with regular travel to client locations.

Coordinates workplace and facilities operations at an onsite client location, including maintenance tickets, inspections, vendor oversight, purchasing, office supplies, events, occupancy services, health and safety compliance, financial tracking, reporting, and customer service. The role manages CMMS requests, supports purchase orders in Ariba, monitors service levels and budgets, coordinates contractors and internal teams, and identifies operational improvements while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
