Owns the account-wide governance framework, contract compliance, change control, KPI design and performance management. Leads governance forums, risk tracking, business reviews, executive reporting, client surveys, business planning and continuous improvement. The role provides evidence-based performance narratives to senior client and company leadership, coordinates regional stakeholders, drives corrective actions, and ensures governance processes and contractual obligations are consistently adopted and documented.

Provides 24/7 data centre support on rotating day and night shifts. Installs and manages racks, servers, network equipment, power strips, rails, shelves, and cabling. Troubleshoots hardware and cabling issues, replaces failed components, tests and labels cables, maintains asset records, and coordinates with global teams and third parties. Upholds cleanliness, security, and installation standards while delivering customer-focused technical support.

Provide local and national administrative support to the Project & Development Services team: manage communications, scheduling, travel and expenses, document production and filing, CRM and project data (Salesforce/Certinia), financial data entry and month-end support, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain records and inventories, liaise with internal departments, and adopt JLL systems and AI tools to streamline operations.
