The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to changing their lives over the next few years by working in a challenging but highly rewarding sales role. Previous experience in FX, finance, or sales is not necessary - this is an opportunity for a self-starter with big ambitions, urgency, and resilience.

Effort and potential are more important to us than experience. If you are committed to learning and performing at a high level, we will provide the training, mentorship, and platform to succeed.

A hybrid role combining business development and account management, the Portfolio Manager position is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high-value institutional clients from the ground up. This begins with sourcing and engaging C-suite decision-makers across fund managers from a wide range of asset classes.

For each opportunity you generate, you will have access to experienced mentors who will support you through the sales process, helping you learn the business, understand client needs, and develop effective strategies to add value. Over time, as your portfolio grows, the role naturally evolves into a greater focus on account management while continuing to develop new business.

The role is often described as building your own business within a business - offering full ownership, accountability, and uncapped rewards. Commissions are uncapped, residual, and earned on every pound your portfolio generates.

You will also have access to Corpay's market-leading technology, resources, and global infrastructure.

  • Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads
  • Owning the telephone - engaging and consulting with C-level executives across the private markets landscape.
  • Cold calling as the primary method of engaging new opportunities
  • Learning clients' businesses to uncover key challenges and educate them on how Corpay's product range can solve them
