Reports to: Director of Strategic Initiatives
Role Summary:
This hybrid role combines responsibility for both portfolio development and sales enablement,
accelerating sales velocity by shaping scalable customer propositions and ensuring sales teams are fully
equipped to take them to market.
You will act as the connective tissue between portfolio strategy, go-to-market readiness, and field
adoption - ensuring that everything we build is tightly aligned to sales needs, repeatable across the
business, and grounded in compelling customer value.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of solution design, messaging, and
supporting sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy & Planning
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and OEM/vendor roadmaps to identify and prioritise
portfolio development opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and sales leadership to define commercial and technical solution
components.
• Maintain a cross-functional proposition register with status, stakeholders, and input from sales
and OEMs.
• Support the creation and evolution of a global portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic business
goals.
Proposition Development & Packaging
• Design and package customer-centric propositions with clear value narratives, repeatable
frameworks, and differentiated messaging.
• Build GTM toolkits (battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks) aligned to each new solution
offering.
• Standardise solution templates and value proposition models to enable field use and
consistency.
• Work with Insight Specialist to incorporate buyer personas, competitive positioning, and
segment analysis into offerings.
• Track proposition adoption and performance, iterating based on field feedback and impact
metrics.
Sales Enablement & GTM Readiness
• Coordinate enablement for all new propositions, including training materials, rollout plans, and
onboarding content.
• Develop and maintain a central library of sales tools and playbooks mapped to the portfolio.
• Deliver monthly enablement campaigns to drive adoption and fluency across the sales team.
• Track utilisation and sales feedback to refine materials and prioritise future development.
GENERAL
• Support onboarding by ensuring new hires are fully enabled on priority portfolio items within 60
days.
• Partner with marketing and alliances to ensure messaging alignment across all channels.
Strategic Deal Support & Sales Collaboration
• Support strategic pursuits by tailoring proposition narratives and producing executive-ready
customer content.
• Work closely with the Strategic Initiatives Director to embed value-based messaging into major
GTM campaigns.
• Track frontline sales needs and surface insights for future portfolio planning or asset
development.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Partner with Insight Manager to ensure offerings reflect market demand and sales narratives
align to buyer needs.
• Collaborate with alliances, technical SMEs, and product leads to align joint GTM and coinvestment strategies.
• Report on enablement engagement, proposition uptake, and business impact to key
stakeholders.
• Maintain operational ownership of enablement platforms and content management
