About the Role

ScrumConnect Consulting is looking for a proactive, quick-thinking PMO to support fast-paced digital delivery teams working across public sector accounts. This is a role for a genuine go-getter, someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next, spots what needs fixing before it becomes a problem, and moves fast without cutting corners on quality or governance.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, and Account Managers, keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward.

What You'll Do
  • Account & Delivery Support — Partner directly with Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, and Account Managers to coordinate public sector client projects, jumping in wherever delivery needs a hand.

  • Tracking & Documentation — Own and maintain critical tracking artifacts: project trackers, onboarding records, action logs, and risk/issue registers — keeping them accurate and up to date in real time.

  • Meeting Facilitation — Schedule project meetings, prepare sharp, useful agendas, and capture clear minutes and action items that people actually follow up on.

  • Governance & Reporting — Pull together data for project reports, dashboards, and client status updates, making sure everything aligns with delivery standards.

  • Contract Performance Monitoring & Reporting — Track contract performance against agreed targets, flagging risks and deviations early so issues get resolved before they escalate.

  • Contract Performance Data & KPI Management — Gather and maintain contract performance data, keeping KPI tracking accurate and current across accounts.

  • Financial Reporting Across Contracts — Oversee and produce financial reports for multiple contracts, including contract/SOW burndown, forecasting, and expense tracking.

  • POs & SOWs Tracking — Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of Purchase Orders and Statements of Work across accounts.

  • Financial Administration — Support budget tracking, resource tracking, and procurement admin tasks.

  • Data Analysis — Analyze project and contract data to surface trends, risks, and insights that inform delivery and client decisions.

  • Team Onboarding — Drive smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer for new consultants/perm joining client accounts.

What We're Looking For
  • A go-getter mentality — you take initiative, act quickly on issues and requests, and don't need constant direction to get things moving.

  • Ownership to closure — you stay on top of open items, follow through relentlessly, and drive things through to completion rather than letting them drift.

  • Organizational strength — meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach to data, spreadsheets, and file management.

  • Strong communication — confident, clear, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary squads (developers, designers, client stakeholders).

  • Agile familiarity — foundational interest or working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.

  • Background — typically suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in delivery management.
