R_330281 – PMO Lead
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global PMO team at Marsh within the Business & Client Services function. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Marsh Business & Client Services functions plays a vital role in driving innovation and operational excellence across the organisation. The team manages and streamlines operational processes, implements data-driven solutions, elevates system capabilities, and ensures technology aligns smoothly with business strategies—ultimately optimising service delivery and risk management on a global scale. The team also plays a key role in digital transformation efforts, supporting Marsh's strategic goals and client commitments.
This role will have excellent visibility in the company liaising with senior C-Suite stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
- Support management of complex project/programs to deliver business outcomes.
- Own development and implementation of standards, methods, tools, templates for project management, execution and reporting.
- Regularly review, ascertain priorities & milestones and assess the achievement of the objectives contained within the strategic plan.
- Establish, manage and embed benefits tracking & benefits realisation reporting across project portfolios.
- Build out proposals and recommendations that can be tabled with Senior Leadership to increase the maturity and breath of the PMO service offerings.
- Manage governance councils, own pack production and action/decision taking.
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience working within various project delivery environments in a mid/senior PMO analyst/lead role.
- Financial background to understand costs and benefits of projects
- Business or Numerical degree e.g. in accountancy, maths, economics, statistics or business or similar
