Are you a PMO leader who thrives on shaping complex transformation programmes from the ground up? Do you bring the expertise to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale ERP and operating model change?

This is an opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, establishing and embedding a best-in-class PMO that will underpin how change is delivered across the business. You’ll play a central role in driving an ERP implementation alongside a Target Operating Model redesign, helping redefine how finance operates for the future.

Why this role stands out

Own and build the PMO for a major transformation programme from the outset

• Operate at the centre of a strategic initiative with direct exposure to senior leadership

• Influence how governance, delivery, and reporting are embedded across a complex, multi-workstream programme

• Shape outcomes that will have lasting impact on finance capability, performance, and efficiency

What you’ll bring

Experience leading PMO within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes

• Excellent understanding of ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Experience supporting Target Operating Model design and rollout

• Depth in governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight

• Advanced skills in tools such as MS Project and Power BI

• A track record of bringing together cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies

• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful reporting

Additional experience that would add value:

Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Understanding of finance processes and operations

• Programme or project management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)

What you’ll be doing

Designing and embedding a PMO framework that drives consistency, visibility, and control

• Creating integrated programme plans that align ERP and operating model workstreams

• Providing delivery assurance by actively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines

• Leading financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and benefits realisation

• Producing executive-level insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making

• Coordinating resources across internal teams and external delivery partners

• Setting quality standards and enabling assurance across all programme outputs

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll act as the central point of coordination for a transformation that touches multiple parts of the organisation. By bringing structure, insight, and alignment, you’ll enable confident decision-making and help ensure the programme delivers against its strategic objectives.

This role offers the chance to step into a visible, high-impact position where your expertise will directly influence the success of a major transformation. If you’re motivated by building structure, enabling delivery, and shaping outcomes at scale, this could be the next step in your career.
