Leads sustainability and nature recovery strategy across Windsor, rural, and coastal portfolios. Responsibilities include delivering net-zero and decarbonisation plans, managing sustainability and ecology teams, overseeing £20 million in environmental funding, developing budgets and business plans, tracking performance, providing technical expertise, building stakeholder partnerships, and promoting health, safety, inclusion, and team development. The role requires regular portfolio travel and strong knowledge of rural, coastal, farming, environmental, and sustainability matters.

Lead communications strategy and delivery for a large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP programme. The role translates complex technical and business changes into clear messaging, develops leadership communications and campaigns, engages diverse stakeholders, and supports organisational readiness and adoption. Responsibilities include partnering with Change, Training and Programme teams, advising senior leaders, coordinating internal and external communications, and using engagement insight to improve effectiveness.

Develop and deliver The Crown Estate’s social and economic impact strategy across its portfolio and communities. Lead impact programmes, budgets, reporting, partnerships, measurement frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Provide expert guidance on social value, sustainability, ESG, and policy developments while identifying opportunities for systemic change. Prepare evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders, improve impact tracking, and build organisational capability through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Supports sustainability projects and programmes focused on energy and climate resilience, nature recovery, and inclusive growth. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, preparing programme materials, researching sustainability policies and trends, monitoring performance against targets, coordinating workstreams, and engaging stakeholders. The role requires strong organisation, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and a demonstrated interest or experience in sustainability.

Lead preparation of Group financial statements, statutory accounts and audits; oversee balance sheet reporting, reconciliations and financial controls; provide IFRS technical accounting expertise; support finance transformation and process improvements; partner with auditors and senior stakeholders; and lead and develop a small finance team to maintain reporting quality and governance.

Lead portfolio operations finance and cost governance across Urban. Act as primary finance business partner, deliver budgeting, forecasting, P&L and BAU Capex oversight, and produce high-quality reporting and scenario analysis. Drive cost discipline, build cost dashboards, mentor team members, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational performance and value for money.

Support delivery of the Urban Business Plan through performance monitoring, commercial oversight, governance and high-quality reporting. Produce analysis, coordinate reporting cycles, support joint-venture governance, maintain risk/registers and improve reporting processes to enable value creation.

Provide spatial data, analysis and mapping to support strategic, operational, transactional and legal activities. Maintain geospatial datasets, produce maps and visualisations, manage business requests, build stakeholder relationships, support GIS systems development, and identify automation and self-service opportunities.
