Lead the development and continual improvement of Safety First quality, assurance and management systems. Establish risk-based assurance across projects, assets and operations; ensure alignment with legislation, ISO standards and best practice; analyze assurance data; drive corrective action; and provide independent, audit-ready oversight. Influence senior stakeholders, strengthen organizational capability, and use digital tools and AI to support governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Leads commercial finance for a regional real estate portfolio, overseeing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, valuation analysis, joint venture governance, financial modelling, investment support and business cases. Partners with senior stakeholders and external JV partners to drive performance, governance and value creation. Manages and develops a small finance team while improving controls, reporting and financial processes.

Leads The Crown Estate’s Ports, Coastal Infrastructure and Marine Minerals portfolios, setting sector strategy, managing budgets and investment, overseeing assets and programmes, and driving commercial, sustainability and performance outcomes. The role manages customer, partner, regulator and government relationships, develops market opportunities, ensures governance and risk management, and leads a diverse technical and commercial team while contributing to wider Marine and enterprise priorities.
