Lead stakeholder engagement for The Crown Estate's Marine SBU, developing and executing engagement programmes (including the 2050 Marine Delivery Routemap), managing relationships with marine and energy stakeholders, overseeing communications and crisis planning, measuring KPIs, and leading a team of engagement professionals to support marine strategy delivery.

Build, deploy and operate Azure and on-prem platforms and scalable data pipelines. Maintain applications, design integrations and event-driven architectures, implement CI/CD and IaC, embed security/governance, and lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement across platform and data engineering.

Lead and evolve the Enterprise Programme Management Office to ensure projects and programmes align with corporate strategy. Provide portfolio oversight, governance, assurance, risk and benefits management, prioritisation, and executive reporting. Drive implementation and continuous improvement of an enterprise programme management tool, lead change control and second-line assurance, build PM capability, and promote delivery excellence across the organisation.
