Leads sustainability and nature recovery strategy across Windsor, rural, and coastal portfolios. Responsibilities include delivering net-zero and decarbonisation plans, managing sustainability and ecology teams, overseeing £20 million in environmental funding, developing budgets and business plans, tracking performance, providing technical expertise, building stakeholder partnerships, and promoting health, safety, inclusion, and team development. The role requires regular portfolio travel and strong knowledge of rural, coastal, farming, environmental, and sustainability matters.

Lead communications strategy and delivery for a large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP programme. The role translates complex technical and business changes into clear messaging, develops leadership communications and campaigns, engages diverse stakeholders, and supports organisational readiness and adoption. Responsibilities include partnering with Change, Training and Programme teams, advising senior leaders, coordinating internal and external communications, and using engagement insight to improve effectiveness.

Develop and deliver The Crown Estate’s social and economic impact strategy across its portfolio and communities. Lead impact programmes, budgets, reporting, partnerships, measurement frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Provide expert guidance on social value, sustainability, ESG, and policy developments while identifying opportunities for systemic change. Prepare evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders, improve impact tracking, and build organisational capability through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
