Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, manage end-to-end invoice processing and payment cycles, ensure accurate coding and month-end close, validate payment runs and cash balancing, drive process improvements and automation, develop KPIs and reporting, ensure procurement and audit compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supplier and business queries.

Lead development, integration, and governance of The Crown Estate's Marine Nature Strategy. Embed marine nature objectives across business planning, investment, risk, and delivery teams; build partnerships, represent the organisation externally, drive innovation in finance and evidence, and oversee reporting, assurance, and horizon scanning to advance nature-positive marine management.

Lead enterprise strategy for equity, talent progression and employee voice. Embed equitable design principles across talent, performance, learning and succession; identify and mitigate bias; strengthen internal mobility and talent pipelines; design equity programmes; align attraction and assessment with equity objectives; develop employee listening and people insight; advise senior leaders and oversee employee networks to deliver measurable, insight-led outcomes.
