Own the end-to-end customer capability roadmap (including Dynamics 365 CRM), prioritise backlog and trade-offs, lead discovery and agile delivery, define outcomes and success metrics, liaise with stakeholders, manage budget/resources, and ensure coherent sequencing of customer capability changes across enterprise programmes.

Lead planning, execution and delivery of marine projects, defining scopes, schedules and budgets. Oversee finances, risk management, governance, contract compliance, H&S and sustainability integration while managing resources, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality objectives.

One-week structured work experience offering students aged 16+ placements across departments (Digital, Events, Parks, Gardens, Surveying, Administration). Participants work alongside professionals on real projects, learning about heritage, sustainability, and public service.
