Leads PMO governance and operational excellence across the Marine SBU. Responsibilities include project governance, programme planning, resource tracking, risk and compliance frameworks, safety oversight, CRM enablement, stakeholder partnering, reporting, team development, and continuous improvement. The role advises senior leadership and aligns operational delivery with strategic priorities in a complex, regulated environment.

Lead the development and continual improvement of Safety First quality, assurance and management systems. Establish risk-based assurance across projects, assets and operations; ensure alignment with legislation, ISO standards and best practice; analyze assurance data; drive corrective action; and provide independent, audit-ready oversight. Influence senior stakeholders, strengthen organizational capability, and use digital tools and AI to support governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Leads commercial finance for a regional real estate portfolio, overseeing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, valuation analysis, joint venture governance, financial modelling, investment support and business cases. Partners with senior stakeholders and external JV partners to drive performance, governance and value creation. Manages and develops a small finance team while improving controls, reporting and financial processes.
