Care to join us ? Our Weybridge, (London), location is recruiting for an OH Portfolio & Planning Specialist, (Data analytics),This person will be supporting PO and NPI Leads through the optimisation and analysis of large data sets. Producing Dashboards and reports to highlight optimisation opportunities within the consumer healthcare portfolio. Support the team, by providing platforms to display and share data clearly and effectively. Gathering data from various sources and ensuring they comply with pre-defined data rules. Generate and maintain databases of key information to facilitate with PO and NPI. Utilising the Microsoft Power solutions to automate and streamline processes.Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting Category portfolio data management and analysis to enable portfolio maintenance and simplification of the portfolio through the analysis of large data sets. Producing Dashboards and reports to highlight optimisation opportunities within the Category portfolio. Gather data from various sources and ensure they comply with pre-defined data rules.
• Consolidate long term forecasts for the category portfolio and run Category long term capacity planning analysis in collaboration with regional planning hubs who own long term capacity planning for each region/BU and network strategy. This is to enable timely capacity investment and technology decisions to ensure efficient capacity utilisation and high service.
• Work with PO Manager and Hercules Data Lead to ensure one set of Category portfolio data is cleansed at source, automated and can be used effectively for portfolio analysis, innovation, geoexpansion and business decision making (eg product maintenance) and to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of data systems (eg starlink), ensure one team approach to portfolio data
• Run data analysis and reports in support of Complex Programme Director and Portfolio Manager to create and deliver improvement business cases
• Work with key stakeholders and the PO lead to translate brand architectures and catalogues into visual, simple and easy to use market level product catalogues
• Process PTPU queries and Standard Geographic Expansion requests
• Maintain large data sets used for analysis and reporting through excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
• Connecting with different stakeholders within the supply chain for incident reporting and accuracy of reporting
• Liaise with category to understand long term category portfolio forecasts, with support from Platform Head and Complex Programme and Planning lead
• Consolidate long term Category forecasts and capacity details, and liaise with regional / BU planning hubs, sites and network strategy to enable long term capacity planning analysis. Incorporating major technology and process change projects that impact capacity assumptions.
• Proactively identify key capacity / demand imbalance and escalate for complex programme and planning lead to assess scenarios and investment proposals with business units and network strategy.

Required Skills Sets & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics
• Experience in managing and analysing data and developing reports to aid data driven decisions along with ensuring data quality rules.
• Strong numerical capability - comfortable working with complex data and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and following through with successful execution.
• A proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather data. Experience of supporting complex decision making and wider stakeholder influencing with a systematic and structured approach
• Advanced Skills working with MS excel and access (Macro’s, VBA, Pivot etc.)
• Relevant SAP module knowledge
• Demonstrated experience of managing a complex multi sourced SKU portfolio and Order Book Management
• Experience in Supply chain within a FMCG / FMCH business
