Job Description

Join us in working with LEGO, a brand-new and exciting client win, and AB InBev, one of our global flagship accounts. With LEGO, you'll be part of a team that embodies creativity, imagination, fun, and quality. We need someone who can drive innovation while protecting LEGO's status as the most reputable brand in the world. If you have experience in kids' advertising, that's a plus!

Simultaneously, you'll work with AB InBev, managing iconic beer brands like Stella Artois, Budweiser, and Corona. AB InBev operates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and they expect their agency partners to reflect their culture. Your confidence, attention to detail and keenness to develop your media planning expertise will be ideal for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with AB InBev and Lego, fostering a ‘one team’ culture.
  • Media Planning: Demonstrate expertise in media planning fundamentals, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and detail.
  • Innovation and Change: Embrace change and push for innovative solutions that drive client success.
  • Market Understanding: Have a deep understanding of the gaming market and the communities that influence game releases.
  • End-to-End Leadership: Lead end-to-end media planning responses, showcasing strong channel knowledge and the ability to engage senior clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of media channels, and their applicable role in a media plan
  • You will have a good understanding of the SQUAD process
  • Be able to build strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, with the view to begin to have your own direct reports
  • Show interest in building Starcom's reputation, and positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies
  • It is important to be solutions-focused, and drive this thinking in the wider team
  • Strong organisational skills - the Planning team sits at the heart of many other media teams. Your ability to coordinate various work streams in a skilled and efficient manner is imperative
