£26,775.00 Per Annum. 42.5 Hours Per Week Monday – Friday 8am -5pm

About the Role:

As a Planner you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades; Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focused service is maintained. Our office is based in Eastbourne, and you'll be booking in jobs in for our customers across the Lewes and Eastbourne areas.

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or planning role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • IT Literate
