YOUR MISSION:
In alignment with Richemont Europe's overarching Security strategy and objectives, the Security Specialist will provide integral support to the UK Security management. This role encompasses the daily execution and implementation of Security projects, concepts, directives, risk assessments, and strategic initiatives across all Richemont UK Market locations.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Approximately 30% of time dedicated to conducting site inspections at Richemont locations and external sites.
  • Approximately 15% of time allocated to compliance activities, audits, risk assessments, incident management.
  • Approximately 10% of time coordinating external events and photoshoots
  • Approximately 10% of time allocated to the SSC (Security Service Centre).
  • Approximately 10% of time dedicated to delivering security training programs.
  • Approximately 10% of time spent collaborating with external vendors, including follow-up on corrective measures and improvements.
  • Approximately 10% of time spent with internal processes (POs and MIGOs) and administrative tasks.

Key responsabilities

  • Collaborate closely with security and site location management, employees, and other business partners to ensure stringent adherence to security directives.
  • Proactively identify compliance deficiencies through routine site visits and partner with relevant management to devise and implement compliant solutions.
  • Review and/or implement Richemont's constructive and technical security specifications across all Richemont locations, establishing comprehensive Security Operational Procedures for each primary site.
  • Conduct comprehensive security training for employees, ensuring all locations consistently meet Group minimum security standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local police and other security partners (NWEC) and other brands
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with Richemont security directives across all visited locations, including retail sites, corporate offices, and logistics and external locations for events ensuring alignment with the UK Security Manager's strategic guidance.
  • Implement industry best practices.
  • Conduct routine site visits and comprehensive assessments to identify potential risks and provide support for investigations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring their adherence to Richemont standards, and meticulously monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Proactively identify and report any breaches of Richemont guidelines, collaborating with the UK Security Manager to formulate and execute effective compliance strategies.
  • Perform regular reviews with security providers to uphold the highest operational standards and facilitate the development of necessary action plans.
  • Conduct site visits and comprehensive risk assessments at external supplier locations, particularly Logistics Hubs.
  • Provide security assistance (PR) events and photoshoots.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of security concepts for events and prepare declarations for level 2 & 3 events.
  • Manage and implementation of the security concept, for Level 1 and 2 events, and assist with Level 3 events
  • Be the point of contact for security matters during certain events. Assist with the Logistics and Security of the delivery and collection of product for events and photoshoots.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the UK Security Service Centre (SSC), focusing on the creation of analytical tools, dashboards, and process enhancements and training SSC Operators

DIMENSION

  • Geographical Scope: Primarily Greater London with additional travel to other UK locations as required. (Bicester, Birmingham, Kent, Leeds etc)
  • This role provides security support across all Richemont Maisons and corporate sites, including PR events and photoshoots.
  • Number of Locations: Responsible for 15-20 primary locations, with ad-hoc support provided for additional sites during periods of management absence.
  • Travel and Flexibility: The role necessitates flexibility, including occasional late finishes following events or audits, and potential weekend work for specific events. Participation in an on-call rotation (one week per month) is required.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience..
  • Worked within the Luxury retrial environment
  • Strong understanding of UK Security risks and mitigation measures within a retail environment
  • Worked within Security events
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting and developing risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in CCTV operation and investigative techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
