Shape the Future of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Through Collaboration

The future of biopharmaceutical manufacturing is being built today.

From autonomous manufacturing systems and digital transformation to sustainable facilities and resilient supply chains, the industry's biggest challenges can't be solved by one organisation alone.

That's where BioPhorum comes in.

As a Phorum Engagement Manager within our Technology Strategy Phorum, you'll work with senior leaders from the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies, helping them unlock greater value from collaboration while influencing the technologies and strategies that will define the future of manufacturing.

If you enjoy building trusted relationships, creating commercial value and helping customers achieve strategic outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact across the global life sciences industry.

BioPhorum is the global collaboration community for the biopharmaceutical industry, bringing together more than 150 organisations—including 18 of the world's 20 largest biopharma companies—to solve shared industry challenges.

Our Technology Strategy Phorum is where biomanufacturers, technology providers and systems integrators collaborate to shape the future of manufacturing. Together, members develop practical frameworks, guidance and best practices that enable:

  • Flexible, resilient and sustainable manufacturing operations
  • Faster speed to market for life-changing therapies
  • Reduced manufacturing costs and de-risked capital investment
  • Improved supply security and operational resilience
  • Lower waste and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Smarter adoption of emerging technologies and autonomous process systems

With 32 member organisations already collaborating, we're helping organisations benchmark capability, overcome barriers to technology adoption and accelerate innovation across the industry.

As the trusted relationship owner for a portfolio of member organisations, you'll ensure every client gains maximum value from their BioPhorum membership while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and support continued growth.

You'll become a strategic partner to your clients—understanding their business priorities, connecting them with the right people and programmes, and helping translate collaboration into measurable organisational value.

Working closely with Global Change Facilitators, Commercial colleagues and Phorum leadership, you'll:

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that maximise member engagement, retention and growth
  • Help members identify and communicate the tangible value generated through collaboration
  • Support membership renewals, commercial conversations and cross-Phorum opportunities
  • Capture client feedback and influence the future direction of the Technology Strategy programme
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, member events and strategic discussions
  • Monitor account health, identify opportunities and proactively manage risk
  • Create compelling member communications, value reports and engagement materials

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, naturally collaborative and passionate about helping clients succeed.

You'll likely bring:

  • A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience managing strategic client relationships in a commercial or account management role
  • A track record of delivering value, driving engagement and supporting revenue growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior leaders across complex global organisations
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where collaboration is at the heart of success

If you're excited by the opportunity to work alongside some of the world's leading biopharmaceutical organisations, helping them shape the future of manufacturing while building long-term strategic partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

Join BioPhorum and help accelerate the future of biopharmaceutical manufacturing through collaboration, innovation and meaningful member engagement.
