Location: Braehead, Glasgow 
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week OR Part time 30 hours a week
Shift Times: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 19:00, Saturday 09:30 - 18:30, Sunday 10:00 - 16:00
Contract Type: Permanent or 12 Month Secondment 
Salary: £27,454, plus commission and excellent benefits

Day to day

Working alongside our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale, embodying our values of 'Think red', ‘Make friends’ and ‘Be amazing’
  • Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products, driven by your passion and curiosity for bespoke luxury travel
  • Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager, creating a collaborative and friendly work environment


About you

We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking for the following:

  • Demonstrated sales skills, with experience of achieving sales targets in a face-to-face sales environment is essential for the role
  • Previous experience working within the airline, travel, or tourism industry is highly desirable
  • A strong commitment to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and effective relationship management
  • Proven ability to overcome challenges in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment - no two days will be the same
  • A strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with the drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and products
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
     

If successful through the screening stage of your application, you'll be invited to complete our online video assessment. The final stage of the process will be an invitation to attend an in-person interview in-store.

Our training kicks off with our ‘First Dates’ induction day at our flagship head office in Crawley. This is followed by a three-week training programme, which is a combination of classroom, virtual and in-store training.
