Explore responsible applications of AI in products and design workflows, evolve design systems, use research and experimentation to validate decisions, and mentor designers while influencing design quality across the organization.

Perform and certify aircraft maintenance in compliance with EASA, CAA, and company requirements. Lead small maintenance teams, coordinate with Technical Control and suppliers, maintain accurate technical documentation, and support safe, reliable, on-time aircraft operations. The role requires hands-on widebody aircraft experience, strong technical judgment, effective communication, and a valid UK driving licence.

Source and procure aircraft spares for live operational defects, balancing cost, availability, and lead times. Negotiate with suppliers, manage competing requests, support urgent Aircraft on Ground activity, and collaborate with engineering, technical operations, and frontline teams. The role requires fast, confident decision-making, strong organization, effective communication, and relationship-building in a 24/7 operational environment.

Lead end-to-end machine-learning and optimization projects from business problem definition through deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement. Build predictive and prescriptive models, collaborate on robust data pipelines and CI/CD workflows, contribute to ML tooling, and translate analytical results into business recommendations. The role also advances data-science standards, responsible AI, and innovation across airline operations, scheduling, and customer experience.

Deliver independent technical assurance across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, endpoints, networks, operational technology, and suppliers. Assess security controls, technology changes, solution designs, vulnerabilities, remediation evidence, exceptions, and risk acceptance. Coordinate penetration and specialist security testing, produce assurance findings and management reports, and provide constructive, evidence-based challenge to improve secure-by-design outcomes and technical risk management.
