Use customer insight, data, feedback, and experimentation to improve outcomes. Coordinate engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers while managing risks and communicating progress to senior stakeholders. Champion agile product practices and mentor junior Product Owners.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key digital customer journey. Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial, and Product teams. Prioritize initiatives, track OKRs and KPIs, use analytics and experimentation to improve outcomes, remove delivery obstacles, coach Product Owners, influence senior stakeholders, and champion innovation across digital experiences.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, deployment, governance, and adoption of machine learning, AI, and data science products. Partners with data scientists, engineers, technology teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate models, manage experimentation, ensure scalability and data quality, and deliver measurable business value.
