Lead strategy, roadmap and adoption of machine learning and AI products. Translate business problems into product requirements, support model development and deployment, ensure governance and data quality, engage stakeholders, drive user adoption, and identify high-value ML/AI opportunities.

Deliver and certify aircraft maintenance tasks per EASA/CAA and company standards; supervise small maintenance teams; liaise with Technical Control and suppliers; ensure accurate technical documentation and regulatory compliance to maintain safety and on-time performance.

Analyse digital trading performance, build dashboards, forecasting models and automated reporting using SQL, Python, Databricks and Power BI. Develop predictive analytics and AI-enabled insights, monitor customer behaviour and market trends, and provide commercial recommendations to influence cross-functional strategy.
