Job Description

We are recruiting a PA to provide effective and efficient support to Directors within ASOS (typically 4). ASOS is incredibly fast paced, and your role as PA will play an integral part in helping leadership deliver the most exciting and relevant fashion to our customers across the world.

This role will be based in our Camden (London) Head Office, you can expect to be in the office 3 days per week. Due to the nature of supporting our Directors we do look for flexibility on this where needed. 

You are an extension of the Directors you support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive management and organisation of multiple diaries. Ensuring rooms are booked, calls are set-up correctly, and the diary meets the expectations of the Directors. Anticipating their needs and relieving them of administration/co-ordination duties
  • Meet and greet guests on behalf of your directors, offering hospitality
  • Supporting with leadership meetings and away days – assisting with agenda, PowerPoint decks, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Inbox management. Including responding to emails on your Director’s behalf as and when required. Appropriately handling confidential information
  • Supporting with the scheduling and organisation of workshops/business reviews
  • Liaising with external partners in a professional and efficient manner
  • The management of all expenses for the Directors, including approvals
  • Raising and managing POs
  • Co-ordinating, organising and booking travel (UK and International)
  • Creating briefing documents for meetings, including reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets
  • Work collaboratively and form relationships with PAs and colleagues from other functions in the business to support with your day-to-day role
  • To be the eyes and ears of the department and a reliable central point of contact for your Director’s leadership teams
  • Shared cover with the other PAs when on annual leave
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies
  • You will report directly into a department Director and have a dotted line into the EA of the business area to ensure operational effectiveness

Qualifications

ASOS is looking to employ a confident and dynamic individual with the ability to proactively manage multiple Directors’ diaries while consistently remaining one step ahead. Candidates must be highly motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while working in a demanding (but fun and creative!) environment. 

  • An experienced PA who has supported multiple individuals at Director level
  • A confident multi-tasker with the ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with sensitive/confidential topics
  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft programmes, in particular: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
