The Opportunity

Provide high-quality, proactive administrative and organisational support to the Group Head of Group Pricing & Analytics and the wider Group Pricing Team. This role manages complex calendars, coordinates senior leadership and committee meetings, prepares agendas, minutes and executive-ready materials, and supports operational effectiveness across the function. The role collaborates widely across Group, Divisions and Regions, ensuring smooth communication, disciplined meeting workflows and effective use of collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot, MS Word and MS Excel). The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, demonstrates initiative, and most importantly a growth mindset towards areas such as technology, project oversight and pricing topics.

Your new role:

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and global time‑zone scheduling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics.
  • Partner closely with the Group Head of Pricing & Analytics on agendas, pre‑reads and executive‑level presentations.
  • Record accurate minutes, track actions and maintain structured logs for leadership and pricing committees.
  • Build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Executives and global senior leaders.
  • Communicate with clarity, discretion and sound judgement at all times.
  • An opportunity to support Group Pricing leadership with administrative and project‑related activities.
  • Contribute to the development of high‑quality presentations and storytelling materials for leadership communication.
  • Coordinate internal events, business functions and manage expense submissions in line with policy.

Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role.  QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.

About You

  • Proven experience in Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or senior administrative support roles within complex, fast‑paced organisations (insurance experience beneficial).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce high‑quality correspondence, presentations, reports and Board‑level materials.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems, tools and technical concepts - including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Collaborative, proactive and solution‑focused, with a growth mindset and commitment to QBE values and behaviours.
