Role Summary:

As a Personal Assistant, you will deliver administrative business support to the firm from within the Assistant Centre. Our service supports stakeholders in the delivery of exceptional services to our global clients and offices, and in a manner that is effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor/practice support: Assist with administrative tasks, as delegated to AC by stakeholders and the EA team.
  • Document support: Prepare internal and client documents and triage complex or lengthy documents to specialist support via the Global Centre.
  • Financial management support: Record & update time entries and prepare cost schedules.
  • Travel support: Arrange travel and accommodation through the firm’s travel agent platform.

About you:

You will have proven personal assistant experience within a professional or commercial environment. You'll be highly motivated and a confident communicator with strong organisational capabilities and excellent time management.
