  • coordinating travel, meetings, room bookings and expenses

  • keeping systems and records up to date, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • working closely with the PA team, consultancy teams and wider business

What you’ll bring

  • 55 wpm+ touch-typing ability

  • at least two years’ PA or administrative experience

  • excellent written skills with strong attention to detail

  • confidence using MS Office, especially Word and Excel

  • a proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude

  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease

  • professionalism, discretion and strong relationship-building skills

Why join us?

This fixed-term role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional support, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a consultant, build strong relationships across the business, and play a key part in delivering a high-quality client experience.
