Role Overview

The Performance Marketer at Aries will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will oversee paid media campaigns, SEO initiatives, conversion optimization, and marketing automation to maximize ROI and scale business impact. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS marketing, paid media, and organic growth strategies, with a deep understanding of data analytics and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Digital Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.

  • SEO & Organic Growth: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive inbound traffic, and enhance content visibility.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign funnels to improve lead conversion rates.

  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, etc.) to track performance, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies.

  • Content & Keyword Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to drive keyword-targeted content and optimize for search intent.

  • Retargeting & Nurture Campaigns: Implement and manage retargeting strategies across paid search and social media to nurture prospects and increase conversions.

  • Scalable Campaign Playbooks: Build repeatable, scalable marketing campaigns and playbooks that can be adapted across multiple portfolio companies to drive consistent growth.

  • Targeting & Segmentation Optimization: Optimize targeting, segmentation, and performance across product categories, personas, and industries, continuously analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Budget Allocation & ROI Maximization: Efficiently allocate budgets across performance marketing channels to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run iterative tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to optimize marketing performance.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising (B2B SaaS preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic ad platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and organic traffic growth.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker, and other tracking tools.

  • Proficiency in CRO, A/B testing, and paid acquisition optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Excellent ability to collaborate across teams with strong communication skills.
