No matter your sport or how you track it, Strava’s got you covered. Find your crew, crush your goals, and make every effort count. Start your journey with Strava today.

Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and drive people forward.

About This Role

You'll join Strava's international People team, which supports around several hundred employees across 14+ countries, spanning People Ops, Workplace, and People Partnering. This lean team keeps day-to-day People and Workplace operations running smoothly across a fast-growing international footprint.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months covering a team member's leave, supporting our People Ops Specialist and Senior Workplace Coordinator across two connected areas: People Ops administration (onboarding, employee data, compliance documentation) and Workplace coordination, including hands-on support standing up our new London office. You'll work closely with both specialists day to day, and act as a first point of contact for London-based employees on everyday workplace needs.

We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our London office, three days per week.

What You'll Do:
  • Support day-to-day People Ops administration, including onboarding paperwork, employee data updates, and compliance documentation

  • Partner with the Senior Workplace Coordinator on logistics for our new London office, including vendor coordination and scheduling

  • Act as a responsive, visible point of contact for London-based employees on everyday workplace questions and needs

  • Track and prioritize multiple concurrent People Ops and Workplace initiatives, flagging risks or delays early

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across People systems (e.g. Workday) and workplace trackers

  • Escalate ambiguous or employee-relations-adjacent issues to the right person promptly

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Experience in HR/People Ops at a technology company or start up

  • Experience in contributing to workplace or in-office initiatives

  • A high level of attention to detail and follow-through on administrative and compliance-related tasks

  • A proactive, accountable approach; you take ownership and don't wait to be asked

  • Well-developed organizational and project management instincts; you can juggle multiple initiatives and reprioritize fluidly as needs shift

  • Comfort working across ambiguity in a dynamic, hands-on environment

  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS is a plus

  • Experience supporting an office move or fit-out is a plus
