Owns end-to-end delivery of sponsored campaigns across EMEA, from signed contract through launch, live performance, and partner recap. Responsibilities include campaign planning, internal tool setup, copy and creative briefs, localization, quality assurance, performance monitoring, optimization recommendations, stakeholder communication, contractor management, and process improvement. The role partners closely with Account Managers and manages multiple concurrent campaigns, formats, and stakeholders.

Supports People Operations administration and workplace coordination across Strava’s international team. Responsibilities include onboarding paperwork, employee data updates, compliance documentation, Workday record maintenance, vendor coordination, office logistics, employee support, and tracking workplace initiatives. The role provides hands-on support for establishing a new London office and requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a hybrid environment.
