About Strava

Strava is the app for active people. With over 200 million athletes in more than 185 countries, it’s more than tracking workouts—it’s where people make progress together, from new habits to new personal bests. No matter your sport or how you track it, Strava’s got you covered. Find your crew, crush your goals, and make every effort count. Start your journey with Strava today.

Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and drive people forward.

About this role:

We’re looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join Strava for Business on a 12-month maternity cover contract, owning the delivery of sponsored campaigns across EMEA. You’ll be accountable for every campaign you run from signed contract to partner recap: multi-format, multi-stakeholder, and on time.

You’ll work with Account Managers as your commercial counterpart, and lead the delivery work with Copywriting, Localisation and external contractors where necessary. When something is at risk, you decide what to do about it and bring people along, rather than waiting to be told.

What you’ll do:

  • Own delivery end to end: Take the signed contract and own the campaign through launch, live and wrap-up across every format in the deal, including challenges and additional promotion. You’re the single point of accountability for scope, timeline and quality.

  • Plan and run the build: Turn the contract into a delivery plan. Set up campaigns in our internal tools, brief copy, creative and localisation, and manage contractors and internal teams to deadlines.

  • Quality gate: Run pre-launch QA on copy, assets and targeting against the contract. Nothing goes live that you haven’t signed off.

  • Manage performance in flight: Monitor live delivery, spot risks early, and make or recommend the call: optimise, reallocate or escalate. Take the partner-facing recommendation to AMs rather than just flagging a problem.

  • Close the loop with Account Managers: Close the loop with Account Managers: Support renewal conversations with effective and convincing activation recaps.

  • Manage and coach external contractors: Work with external contractors to enable efficient delivery across timezones.

  • Make the machine better: Fix the process, templates and documentation as you go. You’ll be working in a function that’s still being shaped, so you have room to change how we deliver.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 4–6 years running multi-channel or multi-format campaigns end to end, in sponsorship, partnerships, media, agency or platform environments.

  • Track record of owning delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns, partners and stakeholders, and hitting dates.

  • Strong judgement under pressure. You know when to fix it, when to escalate and when to push back.

  • Confident partner-facing communicator, comfortable presenting results and managing expectations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the outcome.

  • Comfortable with processes still evolving, and wants to improve them.
