Job responsibilities:
- Collaborates with POP leaders and key stakeholders to co-create and execute POP strategy in dedicated area, aligned with the organization's goals and long-term vision.
- Hires, trains and manages a team of 6 POP professionals (People Generalists/ Employee Administration Specialists) to fulfill business objectives. Ensure high productivity, engagement and retention within the team. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, monitor the progress and performance, and provide feedback to ensure professional growth and success.
- Act as the main point of contact for regional operations matters (Employee Administration, Benefits Management and HR Compliance) and ensure alignment with global People Operations policies and procedures.
- Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of POP programs, projects and initiatives in dedicated area, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
- Lead POP projects and initiatives in dedicated area. Provide inputs on employee needs to ensure alignment. Drive improvements of POP processes. Ensure smooth execution of POP processes in dedicated area.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Oversee review, update, and communication of company policies and procedures to employees within the business area.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Previous experience in leading or coordinating a small team is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- A strong advantage is knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple EMEA countries.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in using Workday or other HRIS platforms to manage employee data and HR processes.
