This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions in Zagreb. Main stakeholders are Sales organization and Customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the project team allocated to the project.

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

  • You hold a Degree in Electrical engineering

  • Have comprehensive understanding about medium and low voltage products

  • Have experience in Distribution Substation portfolio

  • Highly adept in Microsoft Office tools

  • You are passionate about communication with different stakeholders, teamworking and having responsibilities

  • You are at ease communicating in Croatian (native) and English

  • You hold a valid driving license and are available to travel

Qualifications for the role considered as advantage

  • You are highly skilled in medium voltage products and solutions (MV apparatus, primary and secondary distribution )

  • You are highly skilled in low voltage switchgears

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge on medium voltage / low voltage configurators

  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD, EPLAN or similar software

  • Membership in Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers

  • Have experience in project management

  • Possesses PM certificate according to PMI or IPMA
