Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We’re hiring our first UK-based People Operations Manager to build and scale our People function across the UK and EMEA. Reporting to our People Lead, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, shaping the employee experience as we grow.

You’ll have the autonomy to set priorities, build solutions, and drive them from idea to execution. We’re looking for someone who pairs strong judgment with hands-on execution and brings clarity and structure to a fast-moving business.

What You’ll Own

People Programs & Systems

  • EMEA Expansion: Shape our People approach as we enter new markets, anticipating hiring and operational needs and building infrastructure that scales.

  • Onboarding: Build a thoughtful, efficient onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.

  • Performance & Engagement: Run performance review and engagement survey cycles, equipping managers with clear guidance and turning feedback into action.

  • Tools & Data: Own People systems, workflows, and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle. Improve automations and integrations to keep operations running smoothly.

Benefits, Immigration & Compliance

  • Benefits: Manage and evolve our benefits programs, partnering with providers to deliver a seamless employee experience.

  • Immigration & Mobility: Own visa sponsorship, renewals, and international relocations, coordinating with Recruiting, Legal, and external counsel to keep processes moving and employees informed.

  • HR Compliance: Maintain employment policies, documentation, and compliance processes, working with Legal and external advisors to navigate requirements across markets.

Culture & Manager Partnership

  • Manager Support: Be a trusted partner on team growth, performance, feedback, and day-to-day people decisions. Build practical resources that strengthen management practices.

  • Culture & Connection: Create meaningful opportunities for connection and recognition as the team grows.

  • Communication: Keep employee resources clear and current, and make People programs easy to understand and navigate.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the People Lead to set priorities and adapt company-wide programs to local needs.

  • Work with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership to drive expansion and operational improvements.

  • Spot gaps, recommend solutions, and lead projects through implementation.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment.

  • Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, including scaling operations across countries and navigating local employment practices.

  • Hands-on experience with UK immigration and visa sponsorship, plus exposure to immigration and employee mobility across EMEA.

  • A track record of building effective programs and processes with minimal direction.

  • Strong judgment—you connect employee needs with business priorities and know when to act independently or bring in a partner.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across teams from start to finish.

  • Experience owning HR systems, workflows, and automations; Rippling experience highly preferred.

  • Clear communication, high emotional intelligence, and discretion with sensitive information.

  • A bias toward action—you find answers, sweat the details, and follow through.

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
