Job Title: People Experience Partner 

Team: People Team

Location: Greenford, London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in Greenford)
Reports to: Senior People Experience Partner

About the Role 

As Brompton continues its journey of transformation, we’re looking for a highly organised and creative People Experience Partner to support the delivery of key initiatives across L&D, Talent and Engagement. 

This role will help shape how our people experience Brompton, supporting the programmes, communications, resources and events that help employees and managers feel informed, capable and inspired to grow. From coordinating learning sessions and creating practical training resources to supporting engagement campaigns, talent initiatives and People Team events, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into meaningful experiences. 

Working closely with colleagues across the People Team and the wider business, you’ll bring structure, pace and care to the delivery of people initiatives. You’ll be someone who takes pride in the detail, brings energy, builds strong relationships and is curious about how we can continually improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities 

Learning & Development 

  • Coordinate the delivery of learning and development programmes, workshops and leadership initiatives including scheduling, communications, bookings, attendance and evaluation. 

  • Create and maintain learning resources, toolkits, guides and learning pathways. 

  • Support the administration of learning systems and records. 

  • Work with subject matter experts and external partners to develop engaging learning content. 

  • Monitor participation and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve learning experiences. 

Talent & Career Development 

  • Support talent initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, succession planning and career development programmes, creating resources and communications that support our employees and managers. 

  • Coordinate talent review processes and development activities. 

  • Maintain talent data and programme documentation.

 

Employee Engagement & Experience 

  • Plan and deliver employee engagement activities, campaigns and events. 

  • Support key People initiatives including onboarding, recognition, wellbeing and culture programmes. 

  • Coordinate company-wide People communications and engagement activities. 

  • Gather feedback and insights to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. 

Skills 

  • Project & Programme Delivery – Planning, organising and delivering projects, events and initiatives that create great experiences for our people. 

  • Communication & Content Creation – Creating clear, engaging communications, resources and learning content that bring ideas to life. 

  • Event & Experience Management – Coordinating workshops, learning programmes, onboarding activities and employee events from concept to delivery. 

  • Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, leaders and external partners. 

  • Organisation & Prioritisation – Managing multiple priorities, staying on top of the detail and delivering to deadlines. 

  • Commercial Awareness – Understanding business priorities and translating them into practical, impactful people initiatives. 

  • Data & Continuous Improvement – Using feedback, insights and data to measure success and improve the employee experience. 

  • Digital, Data & AI Fluency – Comfortable using technology, data and AI to work smarter, improve experiences and bring ideas to life.

  • Exceptional organisation skills and confidence managing multiple priorities at the same time. 

  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the drive to take ownership and make things happen. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content, resources and communications that connect with people. 

  • Experience coordinating events, learning programmes or other people-focused initiatives. 

  • The ability to build great relationships and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders. 

  • Creativity, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, looking for better ways to do things. 

  • A genuine passion for creating experiences that help people feel supported and able to grow. 

  • You understand how to balance great people experiences with business priorities, focusing your time and energy on the initiatives that will have the biggest impact.

  • 9 Day Fortnight – This is a flexible working pattern which individuals can opt in for where an employee works their contractual hours across 9 days instead of 10 days. (i.e. 80 hours across 9 days instead of 10 days). This mean the individual would work an additional hour across Monday to Thursday (across the 2 week period) to gain their Friday off
