We are a dynamic team building a global platform which automates the buying and selling of outdoor advertising, enables programmatic trading and delivers dynamic, data-driven content to screens in locations and moments to better resonate with and influence consumers.

We’ve recently redesigned our people strategy to create a future-proof, hybrid and flexible workplace approach. Role OverVIOOH

The People Experience Partner is responsible for delivering programs and activities that improve VIOOHer experience. 

You will be responsible for implementing our People Strategy to ensure that VIOOH continues to be a great place to work. As a trusted advisor to our managers and leaders you will work closely with our Head of People Experience & Chief People Officer to create high performing teams and maintain a positive culture to ensure VIOOH meets its strategic and commercial goals. This role will cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle including resourcing, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, culture, reward, administration and policies.

What you'll be working on

  • Be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders. Work to help them create high performing teams and create and maintain a positive culture to meet the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Work closely with the TA team to ensure a joined-up, consistent and best in class People service. 
  • You will devise plans and strategies to help VIOOH develop and retain top talent, through learning and development, engaging reward and benefits packages, creating clear career paths and putting in place compelling development opportunities. 
  • Create and drive the talent management agenda. Lead and support the business in identifying talent development opportunities and retention risks through succession planning, talent reviews, and the performance management process. Leadership and management development is a key part of the people agenda for this year and you will play a lead role in this. 
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all teams. 

What we want from you

  • A proven people business partner within a fast-moving/growing Technology company. Experience of scale-up, as well as larger company experience, would be desirable. 
  • Generalist background with a broad interest across all HR areas, with strength in policy and process, organisation design, talent development and succession planning, and culture. 
  • Possess good financial acumen with the ability to understand and present people data and business cases. Ability to set and work with HR KPIs, and measure the success of people initiatives. 
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law. Understanding of employment law in other countries (EMEA and US) is desirable. 
  • Excellent business acumen and commerciality with the proven ability to understand overall business aims and work within a commercial, growth-focused business. An understanding of technical teams with a technology mindset is desirable. 
  • Will have a strong network and points of view on emerging trends and HR practices that will create value for the business. 
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced growth environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with coaching and listening skills 
  • Capable of quickly engaging audiences of all levels. Ability to influence senior business stakeholders, including the Leadership Team. 
  • High EQ and self-awareness. 
  • Track record of generating innovative solutions to complex problems. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working in a global scaling technology business
