Job Description
People & Culture Business Partner
Stockholm, Sweden
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Hybrid, after probation - 3:2
You will be part of a centralised People & Culture team, working closely with your global business partner colleagues as well as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Operations, Payroll and other specialist teams to ensure aligned and high-quality delivery. Some travel within the Nordics is expected. You will report to Global Head of People & Culture Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering & advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all people-related matters, including organisational design, team structures, workforce planning and performance challenges
  • Coach and support leaders in day-to-day leadership topics such as feedback, difficult conversations, performance management and team dynamics
  • Identify people-related risks such as attrition, engagement, capability gaps and partner with leaders on mitigation plans

Talent & development
  • Partner on development initiatives such as leadership coaching, training needs and career progression frameworks in a high-touch, matrixed corporate environment
  • Drive talent and succession planning processes, including identifying key talent, critical roles and development needs
  • Support and challenge leaders on performance and potential assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness

Employee experience & engagement
  • Support the end-to-end engagement cycle, including survey rollout, data analysis, action planning and follow-up with leadership teams
  • Drive and collaborate on initiatives to improve wellbeing, recognition, inclusion and overall employee experience across the Nordics
  • Monitor key people metrics and translate insights into actions

Employee relations
  • Manage employee relations cases such as performance concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances and exits in line with local legislation and company values
  • Advise leaders on compliant and fair processes, including documentation and risk mitigation

Change & People initiatives
  • Support organisational changes such as restructures, role changes and team transformations, including planning, communication and execution
  • Partner with global People teams to roll out initiatives (e.g. performance management cycles, compensation reviews, new tools or frameworks)
  • Act as a change agent, supporting leaders and teams through transitions
  • Employee lifecycle
  • Oversee and support key lifecycle activities such as onboarding, probation follow-ups, performance reviews, promotions, mobility, compensation processes and offboarding
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across the employee lifecycle in partnership with People Operations
  • Gather feedback from the business to continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working

About you
You're someone who naturally builds strong, trusting relationships and enjoys working closely with stakeholders at all levels - supporting, coaching and challenging when needed. You're comfortable working in a global setting, collaborating with colleagues across teams and regions, and helping connect the bigger picture to what happens locally. You bring a practical, hands-on approach when turning ideas into action, navigating day-to-day people topics with confidence, and delivering solutions that are thoughtful, effective and easy to apply.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a People/HR role, ideally with exposure to business partnering
  • Solid understanding of Swedish employment law and people practices, with additional knowledge of other Nordic countries considered an advantage
  • Strong communication, facilitation/presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Experience working in a matrixed, corporate or international environment
