About the role:
We are currently looking for someone with a few years of legal experience in Sweden, who wants to take the next step in their career. We are seeking a person who is motivated by the fact that no two days are the same and who values a role where teamwork, delivery, and working broadly and internationally are close to their heart.
As a Swedish company secretarial specialist with us, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, consisting of foreign corporate groups with operations in Sweden. Together with your colleagues, you will coordinate and lead the formal aspects of the clients' local operations, and you will add value by applying legal expertise in corporate administration.
In this role, you will be assisting clients with their annual compliance events along with any corporate filings needed throughout the year. One day you may work on drafting and reviewing minutes and various corporate documents; the next day you may be involved in ad-hoc corporate transactions that require local expertise.
You would be working closely with our team members across the globe. Someone who can work independently, loves problem solving, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Some of the things you'll be doing:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and file annual compliance filings such as annual accounts, confirmation statements, and license renewals to keep entities in good standing.
- Provide corporate support and assist with corporate filings such as incorporations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, document retrieval, POAs, director changes, address changes etc.
- Manage customer portfolios and nurture internal and external customer relationships.
- Directly responsible to organize the workflow to meet customers' timeframes and demands.
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing and retrieval of documents.
- Research and analysis of legal documents.
- Recommending process improvements where applicable.
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services.
- Responsible for the upkeep of corporate minute books, compliance calendar events, and other good standing fillings/reports, all of which are preserved in the CSC Entity Management platform.
- Manage daily deliverables related to client projects.
- Provide legislative guidance or updates.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Effective verbal and written communication skills - fluent in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- A degree/ education/ proven experience in Swedish law - corporate law preferred.
- Experience as a paralegal in a corporate, government, or private legal firm environment is preferred.
- Experience dealing with cross-border corporate compliance and/or transactions is strongly preferred.
- Prior Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment is preferred.
- Problem solving skills - effective research and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Love learning new things & take pride in your work.
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented international environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills. Excellent organizational skills/demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS360 (excel, word). Experience with Salesforce, or equivalent CRM, and entity management software is an advantage.
