  • Support new-hire inductions, payroll queries and training logistics.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment laws and PureSpectrum policies.
  • Help with contract updates, policy distribution, HRIS data accuracy, and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to People + Culture programs, including performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on People + Culture related matters.
  • Support with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and professional development plans.
  • Support with developing and implementing People + Culture strategies that support business objectives.
  • Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership to drive change initiatives and foster employee engagement during organisational changes.
  • Partner with the Global People + Culture team on regional coverage in North America and APAC.

Compliance:
  • Monitor and respond to UK government and regulatory notices (HMRC, Companies House, right-to-work, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation required for audits, reporting, or local employment requirements.
  • Support workplace health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and required postings.

Employee Engagement EMEA region:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations for the London office (supplies, vendors, access, maintenance coordination).
  • Organize team events, training sessions, celebrations, and culture initiatives
  • Support facilities-related escalations and ensure a positive, organized, and professional office environment

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting, ideally in a global tech/insights/SaaS organization.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law, HR operations, onboarding, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with French and German employment law, a plus.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience (agency or in-house) for entry- to mid-level roles.
  • Experience managing government correspondence and maintaining compliance (e.g., right-to-work, HMRC, audits).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
