The Sales Director will manage sales prospecting, build a strong sales funnel, and close new clients while maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Manage and grow key UK client relationships, develop account strategies to drive revenue, advise on scripting/sampling, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate and close deals, monitor market trends, and report on sales KPIs while ensuring exceptional client service.

Provide account management support for client inquiries, prepare proposals via the Sample Marketplace, coordinate project timelines with Operations, update CRM records, monitor project progress, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining client relationships in Spanish.
