People Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Why We're Hiring:

Join our vibrant HR team for a 12-month maternity cover! We're looking for a People Coordinator to advocate a positive employee experience and support our team through key HR processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our People Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for employee lifecycle support, ensuring smooth transitions and providing fundamental HR assistance. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • HR System Management: Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, ensuring timely processing.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee queries and escalate as needed.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • HR Guidance: Provide first-line HR support, explaining policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Prepare employee letters and documentation.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Support benefits administration and payroll preparation.
  • Project Support: Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: People Coordinator experience is highly desired. Workday experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment law is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and MS Office skills. Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
