Why We're Hiring:
Join our vibrant HR team for a 12-month maternity cover! We're looking for a People Coordinator to advocate a positive employee experience and support our team through key HR processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
As our People Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for employee lifecycle support, ensuring smooth transitions and providing fundamental HR assistance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- HR System Management: Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, ensuring timely processing.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee queries and escalate as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
- HR Guidance: Provide first-line HR support, explaining policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Prepare employee letters and documentation.
- Benefits & Payroll: Support benefits administration and payroll preparation.
- Project Support: Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
What you'll need:
- Experience: People Coordinator experience is highly desired. Workday experience is a plus.
- Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment law is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and MS Office skills. Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
