THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first or second HR role OR who has recently studied a HR Degree and looking to get their first industry experience.

In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, HR systems management, and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re passionate about HR, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Specific Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes, including issuing contracts, right-to-work checks, onboarding, probation tracking, leaver documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Supporting contractual changes, including fixed-term contracts (FTCs) and contingent workers.
  • Conducting weekly HR inductions for new employees.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and managing the People Team inbox.
  • Assisting with internal employee engagement initiatives, such as the “Superconnector” awards scheme.
  • Supporting and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Either an internship or work experience in a HR role OR a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
