Make an Impact at RSM UK

We are looking for a People Assistant to join our People team in our Birmingham office on a 12-month FTC. As the People Assistant in this team, you will provide a responsive, consistent and high-quality operational people service through the People Services Hub. The role supports employees, people managers and the wider People Team by managing enquiries, Workday activity, employee lifecycle processes, reporting, case administration and other operational requests.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Managing and responding to enquiries and operational requests received through the People Team inbox, ensuring work is appropriately prioritised, actioned, recorded or escalated

  • Monitoring and completing allocated Workday tasks and notifications, ensuring employee records and associated documentation are accurate and up to date

  • Providing end-to-end administrative and meeting support for employee relations cases, including coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, taking notes, maintaining case records and tracking agreed actions, under the guidance of the case lead

  • Coordinating and administering employee lifecycle activity, including family leave, sickness absence, return-to-work processes, job changes and leavers

  • Working closely with People Advisory, People Operations, Payroll and other People teams to support efficient end-to-end processes

  • Maintaining accurate trackers, case files, inbox records and systems in line with confidentiality and data-protection requirements
