What you will do
Responsible for supporting EMEA Payroll & Time COE as well as EMEA M&A team in the administering assigned tasks of these functions in align with the company’s strategic business objectives. Work closely with various HR functions and Global Payroll & Time COE to ensure it is aligned to regulators’ requirement and support the business goals and objectives of the organization.
How you will do it
- Analyze payroll data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Responsible to update and align standard global Payroll & Time report formats.
- Support various projects from Payroll & Time perspective; M&A plus ad hoc reporting
- Assist with data collection and analysis related to acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integration activities
- Help maintain T&A system from COE perspective and track all requests created in EMEA
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and presentations to support due diligence and integration planning
- Support the review and documentation of employee benefit programs across EMEA countries
- Help maintain benefits databases, comparison tables, and compliance trackers
- Support the mapping and documentation of legal entities, including employee populations and benefits implications
- Help track project milestones, actions, and dependencies across functions
