There has never been a more exciting time to be a B2B marketing leader at one of the world's most innovative financial institutions. At JPMorganChase, we are transforming how we engage with financial institution clients across the globe — and we are looking for a strategic, execution-focused marketing professional to help lead that charge.

As a Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Global Financial Institutions Group Payments Sales Marketing team, you will own the segment growth strategy and drive global pipeline outcomes for defined client segments. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Industry, and Payments Marketing — translating segment-specific needs into repeatable, scalable engagement programs that resonate with distinct client audiences. Reporting to the Global Head of FIG Payments Sales Marketing, you will serve as the marketing team's day-to-day partner to senior sales stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that acquire, grow, and retain clients at scale. This role may include people management responsibilities based on coverage needs and team structure.

Job responsibilities

  • Set and own the segment growth strategy globally, defining the integrated campaign approach and delivering measurable pipeline outcomes for targeted client segments
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand programs — including acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partner motions, and account-based marketing — ensuring consistent end-to-end planning and delivery
  • Partner with regional teams to localize strategy and activate demand and revenue in-market, balancing global consistency with local relevance
  • Serve as the marketing team's primary day-to-day partner to senior sales stakeholders, owning the operating cadence including pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and quarterly business review inputs
  • Manage intake and prioritization for segment marketing needs, making clear decisions on what to build, for whom, and when — balancing impact, effort, and scalability
  • Align with Product Marketing go-to-market plans, including segmentation approach, journey and track planning, and iterative improvement based on performance results
  • Drive adoption and execution discipline by establishing service-level agreements, ensuring timely delivery of inputs such as target lists, and increasing consistent usage of approved assets and engagement tracks
  • Scale industry relevance through modular industry tracks, maintaining segment-specific proof points, use cases, regulatory considerations, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Industry, and Payments Marketing, providing clear reporting on status, dependencies, performance, and next steps
  • Capture learnings and continuously improve programs to increase scalability, efficiency, and measurable impact over time

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on marketing concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Proven track record developing and optimizing multi-channel B2B marketing programs using the full marketing mix, with clear key performance indicators and a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience creating and running full-funnel marketing programs for targeted account strategies, including account-based marketing and lifecycle engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, globally dispersed organization
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, navigate ambiguity, and drive work forward across cross-functional teams
  • Deep command of marketing channels, demand generation mechanics, and the key performance indicators that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience building or scaling account-based marketing and email-led engagement programs, including segmentation, journey design, testing, optimization, and adoption
  • Experience supporting Financial Institutions Group client segments and/or developing industry-specific messaging in a B2B financial services environment
  • People management experience, including leading projects or small teams in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with payments products, solutions, or go-to-market strategies within a global financial institution
