  • Oversee project management and delivery timelines, working with internal teams (CMS, design, marketing, editorial) to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Support the commercial team in onboarding new partners and sponsors, including calendar and campaign planning, reporting, and relationship management.

  • Manage event partnerships and logistics, including liaising with external event organisers and overseeing the delivery of event-related content.

  • Lead internal coordination across remote teams, including CMS managers, designers, video editors, and freelance writers.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports for partner activity, campaign results, and project progress.

  • Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams, including marketing and content production.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Understanding of content delivery across digital channels, including CMS platforms, email marketing, and social media.

  • Highly proactive and comfortable working with remote teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with confidence working with data and reporting tools.

Desirable:

  • Interest in international trade, treasury, payments, or related sectors.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Prior experience supporting event partnerships or managing sponsor deliverables.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
