Manager - Partner Marketing, UK (Parental Cover)

Based in London | 12-month fixed-term contract | Start date: January 2027

The Role

The mission of the partner marketing team is to drive awareness of the Netflix brand and capture subscriber acquisition through high quality partnerships and promotions. Our partners range from global electronics brands (e.g. Apple, Google, Samsung) to local operators and telcos (e.g. Sky, Virgin Media, EE) who help us access new audiences and broader reach. Working closely with other internal marketing teams, we help solve our partners’ business problems with inspired marketing solutions that make people so excited about Netflix they sign up and watch.

This is a parental leave cover contract. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our UK partners and provide a critical link between Business Development, Marketing, Product, Content and Legal. We are looking for a marketing professional who builds close relationships with partners, manages projects from planning through to execution, and takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Partner Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to identify growth audiences and barriers to sign-up, and turn them into partner-level go-to-market plans.
  • Support with building data-driven customer marketing plans, focused on acquisition, engagement and retention across our partners’ customer base.
  • Seek opportunities to promote Netflix titles, content and brand across impactful partner touchpoints (experiential, retail, loyalty, UI etc).
  • Design and manage training, engagement and incentive programmes for partner call centre and retail teams, from framework and content through to wrap-up and measurement.
  • Manage agencies that deliver training and incentive fulfilment (e.g. rewards, swag), aligning them on plans and measurement and protecting brand and commercial standards.
  • Run day-to-day execution of partner marketing, trade and commercial projects, based on business priorities: manage timelines, budgets and sign-offs, and work through partner and internal workflows (briefs, legal and compliance review) to launch on time.
  • If needed, support the Partner Creative team with asset delivery to partners and asset approvals.
  • Track and measure the impact of partner activity through continuous testing, and recommend changes for the next plan.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Learn more about how we work at Netflix Culture.
  • A proven track record of executing initiatives, with an understanding of partner sales channels (including training and incentives).
  • 8+ years of marketing and/or trade marketing experience (e.g. go-to-market, proposition delivery, campaign management). Pay-tv or telecommunications experience is a plus.
  • A track record of cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work with thorough operational detail and deliver independently.
  • Experience building solutions from the ground up and navigating ambiguous or evolving business environments.
  • Knowledge of and engagement with the entertainment industry.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
