At Global, we think big, work hard, and never stand still. We’re the proud home of the best media and entertainment, driven by our talented and passionate people. Our mission? To make everyone’s day brighter — our Globallers, our audiences, our partners, and our communities. Whether we’re in the studio, building world-class technology, or securing record Outdoor advertising partnerships, we make sure we’re doing it as a team.

Your Role

You will be the junior member of the TfL Partnership Team, providing account management support to TfL, championing their interests internally and ensuring we meet all contractual commitments, with a strong focus on administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • TfL Copy Referral Process: Work on the Global TfL copy referral process as part of a close team.
  • Reporting: Produce TfL’s suite of 4 weekly, quarterly, and annual reports; chasing internally to ensure the relevant deadlines are met and maintaining accurate records to facilitate reporting.
  • Governance Support: Assist with deck creation for TfL/Global governance meetings and inductions. Attending relevant sessions and capturing minutes & actions.
  • Team Operations & Communication: Event organisation, manage diary scheduling, and publish updates across internal platforms (e.g. the Collaboration Area and Workvivo). Support day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a reliable point of contact for wider team initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Carry out miscellaneous tasks as required by the Partnership Director / Partnerships Manager.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: You will have the space to be curious and spot opportunities to grow the TfL partnership, while building your own skills along the way.
  • Own It: Take charge of your work from start to finish, delivering high-quality reports, notes, and decks.
  • Keep it Simple: Turn complex information into clear, useful outputs that support decision making and stakeholder understanding.
  • Better Together: Be part of a supportive, collaborative team where strong partnerships are at the heart of everything.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built strong relationships within your immediate team, gaining a clear understanding of their priorities, workflows, and challenges.
  • Familiarised yourself with TfL’s structure and key contacts, establishing a good rapport with your day-to-day counterparts and understanding how the organisation operates.
  • Developed confidence using all required systems and tools essential to the role.
  • Gained insight into the purpose and functions of various departments across Global—such as Commercial, Operations, Legal, and People & Culture—and how best to collaborate with them.
  • Reviewed and processed a variety of creative copy in line with agreed standards.
  • Taken ownership of producing TfL’s suite of reports and recordings with attention to accuracy and presentation.
  • Proofread important documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Supported diary management for a TfL meeting or event and captured clear and actionable notes from a TfL/Global Partnership session.

What You’ll Need

  • Clear Communication: Well structured, coherent verbal and written communication using appropriate language.
  • Attention to Detail & Accountability: Organised, consistent, and reliable – taking ownership of your work, maintaining accuracy, and learning from mistakes.
  • Collaborative & Relationship-Focused: Builds rapport quickly, anticipates team needs, and thrives in a team orientated environment.
  • Client & Deadline Awareness: Understands the importance of working to strict timelines and delivering with the client in mind.
  • Curious & Positive Mindset: Eager to learn, ask questions, and bring enthusiasm and can do attitude to every task.
