Company Description

Reporting to the EVP of Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Activation Manager will help bring our global partnerships to life, with a particular focus on our UK and European properties.

You’ll coordinate activations from planning through to delivery, working closely with our central teams, properties and external partners to ensure commitments are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating brilliant experiences, building strong relationships and keeping multiple projects moving. You’ll bring events and activation experience, a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.

The role will involve working from the office, attending client meetings or visiting properties at least three days each week.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Support the EVP of Global Partnerships with the planning and delivery of annual partner activation programmes. This will include reviewing contracts, maintaining activation trackers and coordinating agreed deliverables.
  • Develop and manage the annual partner activation calendar, keeping internal teams and property stakeholders informed of key timelines, milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate partner activations from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation. This will include:
    • Building clear project plans, timelines and deliverables
    • Coordinating communication between partners, properties and internal teams
    • Delivering agreed marketing activity across relevant channels and touchpoints
    • Managing on-site partner activity where needed
    • Creating post-activation recap decks and performance summaries
  • Manage and track activation budgets, monitor expenditure and make sure activity remains aligned with agreed financial guidelines.
  • Work closely with our brand, marketing, operations and property teams to deliver activations consistently and to a high standard.
  • Help turn our partner events and activations into meaningful marketing moments, finding opportunities to extend their reach, increase their impact and deliver greater value from our partnerships.
  • Support partnership compliance across our UK and European properties, including reviewing delivery against contractual commitments and global brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local operations teams, working together to identify any gaps and agree practical solutions.
  • Collect and analyse property consumption data, using insights to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the smooth running of the Partnerships team, including coordinating calendars and travel and reconciling expenses when needed.
  • Travel to properties and partner events when required. This is likely to include quarterly travel within the UK and occasional international trips.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

You don’t need to tick every box, but we’d love to hear from you if you can bring many of the following:

  • Around five years’ experience in events, marketing, partnerships or a related role, ideally within hospitality, travel or a lifestyle brand
  • Hands-on experience planning and delivering events or brand activations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance different priorities and keep work moving
  • Confidence managing budgets, tracking expenditure and monitoring spend against agreed commitments
  • Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with partners, property teams and colleagues at different levels and across different markets

  • Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel to create clear, polished presentations, trackers and performance summaries
  • A collaborative and practical approach, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed
  • Curiosity, openness to different ideas and a genuine interest in what we can achieve together
