Live Events Partnership Account Manager

Job Description 

As a Live Events Partnerships Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling & implementing multi platform campaigns to the highest standard within the Live Events (Co Promotion) team. This role requires immaculate client service, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking and effective organisation and time management in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Cultivate Strong Internal & External Relationships (30%): Foster and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients strong internal and external relationships with key partners, positioning yourself as their go-to global contact. As part of this role you'll be working with multiple teams across global, as well as senior branded content, producers & senior brand stakeholders.

  • Internal collaboration & confidentiality for sensitive information is essential.

  • Client Proposals and Sales (20%): Work directly with promoters and agencies to build Live Events packages based on brand approvals. Including planning and building proposals for all Live Events briefs covering Music, Festivals, Theatre, Events.

  • Effective Project Management & Customer service (40%): Effective use of time management and communication

  • Knowledge of all Global brands, platforms, products and systems

  • Taking full ownership of the implementation and delivery of Live Events partnerships. To deliver all projects with accuracy and attention to detail, with a detailed understanding of internal processes and pressures. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth running of partnerships, driving repeat business as a result.  

  • Trouble Shooting (10%): 

  • To take initiative in problem solving and manage communication with both internal stakeholders & clients.

  • Keep it Simple: Simplify the complex implementation process for clients to ensure customers have the best experience of working with Global through clear communication, practical solutions and quick problem-solving. 

  • Better Together: Collaborate with a variety of teams (i.e. branded content, commercial talent, commercial video, digital design, etc) to deliver multiplatform campaigns and bring them to life.

  • Delivering partnerships to the highest standard.  

  • Repeat business as a result of great account management. 

  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. 

  • Effective use of time management and communication. 

What You’ll Need 

  • Media Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a media environment; ideally within a background in the Live Events sector.

  • Project Management Experience: A love of delivering excellent project management. Great organisational and prioritisation skills to help you deliver successfully.  

  • Customer Expertise: Previous experience of working directly with agencies or clients, managing complex projects, ideally within media. 

  • Multitasking skills: Ability to manage cross-media campaigns for clients or agencies. Working across all Global brands to implement everything we have to offer from start to finish. 

  • Negotiation ability: Use your communication skills to persuade others. 

  • Problem solving: A go-getter who uses their initiatives to problem solve and create mutually beneficial results.
