Amplifi Partnerships are the specialist and established global sponsorship, partnership and entertainment division of Dentsu. We create, negotiate, and manage integrated content solutions for clients and brands across the network to deliver business results. Our offering covers a broad scope of content and partnership services ranging from media partnerships, activation, sponsorships, content strategy, original content, branded entertainment, content distribution and content investment. We are looking for an Sponsorships and Partnerships Account Manager on our UK team, situated in the London Office.

Purpose of the Role

To support the Account Director in content planning and client management, to support on managing the Account Executives and monitor their workload, as well as help develop their skill sets. To lead their own identified client content solutions and deliver innovative, ambitious, integrated and ‘on-brief’ content solutions, sponsorships and partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Creation Director to challenge client briefs, ensuring creative solutions key performance indicators are achievable

  • Collaborating with the Creation Director to implement content solutions from conception to completion

  • Liaising with Media Owners and third parties and builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders 

  • Project managing the team to deliver excellent execution of full creative content solutions campaigns

  • Acting as a key contact for all stages of negotiations of a new project

  • Delivering key creative thinking across all projects

  • Acting as the ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control and the first port of call on day-to-day queries and questions and plan progress

  • Coordinating invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed

  • Delivering presentations 

Qualifications + Skills

  • 2-3 years+ media experience, partnerships preferred

  • Content creative solutions experience ideally in one or more media platforms

  • Project management experience

  • Commercial understanding and awareness

  • Awareness of latest market developments and trends

  • Some experience of training/mentoring others

  • Experience of working with and managing clients

  • Managing creative content RTB processes

  • Understand fee structures and commercial terms
